1) Social Media Marketing (4 hours) - £500
This course focuses on the why behind growth: how platforms distribute content and how to position yourself to be discovered.

 

You’ll learn:
•    How to choose the right niche and define your audience
•    Creating a clear personal brand that attracts followers and converts them into bookings
•    Building content pillars and a repeatable monthly content plan
•    Scripting time-efficiently for short-form video
•    How to improve reach through platform best practices, engagement signals, and smarter content strategy
•    Understanding ‘trends’ (what to use, what to ignore, and how to adapt them appropriately and elegantly)
 

We’ll also use the session to put the practical foundations in place:
•    Profile and bio optimisation - reviewing and refining your positioning so your first impression is clear and credible. I will take a professional photo of you during the session, if required.
•    Device set-up - bring your laptop and your phone. I'll set up the necessary programmes for you to use, so you're not spending precious time on downloads and logins at home.
•    Content planning tools - we will create a structured system so your content plan is organised, accessible, and easy to maintain
•    Multiplatform posting software - I'll also help you set up tools that let you post across multiple platforms in one go.
•    Using AI to your advantage - I'll show you how to use AI tools to reduce the time you spend on content creation significantly, without it ever feeling inauthentic or templated.
 

The goal by the end of this session isn't just that you understand social media better - it's that you walk away with your profiles optimised, your tools set up, and a clear plan you can actually follow easily.

2) Video Editing for Social Media (4 hours) - £500
This course is the complete start-to-finish production system: how to consistently create high-quality content that looks premium and holds attention.

 

You’ll learn:
•    Filming fundamentals: lighting, angles, framing, high-quality audio, and on-camera delivery
•    Editing workflow: pacing, subtitles, on-screen text, structure, and platform formatting
•    Posting confidently with the right caption structure, hashtags and practical optimisation tips
 

If the idea of filming yourself feels uncomfortable, that's completely normal. We'll work through it, and by the end of the session, most people are surprised by how manageable - and even enjoyable - it becomes.
 

 

Ongoing Coaching Support (Optional) - £500
For those who want continued support after the training, I offer ongoing coaching for up to 3 months to help you stay consistent, refine your content, and build momentum.
 

This is where most people fall off - not because they don’t understand what to do, but because they struggle to stay consistent and confident in their execution.
 

With coaching, I’ll help you:
•    Stay accountable to your content plan
•    Refine your content based on what’s performing
•    Troubleshoot challenges in real time
•    Build a routine that fits around your clinic and lifestyle
•    Maintain consistency - the key driver of long-term growth
